# Comment mettre en pause ou supprimer une connexion de commande

Si vous souhaitez empêcher Channable de traiter les nouvelles commandes et les mises à jour d’expédition, vous pouvez soit désactiver votre connexion commande, soit la supprimer définitivement.

### Désactiver une connexion commande

Utilisez cette option si vous souhaitez mettre temporairement en pause la synchronisation de vos commandes (par exemple, pendant une maintenance de l’entrepôt).

1. Dans votre compte Channable, allez dans **Installation > Connexions commande**.
2. Cliquez **Paramètres** pour la connexion commande que vous souhaitez désactiver.
3. Cliquez **Désactiver la connexion commande**.

### Supprimer les connexions commande

Utilisez cette option uniquement si vous ne souhaitez plus utiliser cette connexion spécifique. Vous devrez reconfigurer votre connexion à partir de zéro si vous souhaitez l’utiliser de nouveau plus tard.<br>

1. Dans votre compte Channable, allez dans **Installation > Connexions commande**.
2. Cliquez **Paramètres** pour la connexion commande que vous souhaitez désactiver.
3. Cliquez sur le <i class="fa-gear">:gear:</i> > **Supprimer la connexion commande**.
4. Tapez « supprimer » dans le champ et cliquez sur **Supprimer la connexion commande** pour confirmer
