# Correction de l’erreur Marktplaats « Impossible de changer le statut de l’annonce de ACTIVE à DELETED »

Cette erreur survient lorsque des modifications manuelles ont été effectuées dans votre compte Marktplaats Pro.

### Supprimez vos annonces dans l'API Marktplaats

Créez une règle pour exclure tous vos produits et enregistrez la règle.

### Exécutez l'API du marketplace

### Videz le marketplace

Appuyez sur « Effacer l'API » dans la section Paramètres.

### Supprimez la règle d'exclusion et relancez l'API

Supprimez la règle créée à la première étape et exécutez de nouveau l'API. Une fois l'API terminée, l'erreur devrait avoir disparu.
