# Risoluzione dei problemi per Amazon Repricer "ASIN non ricevuto"

Se visualizzi il messaggio “L’articolo è nuovo e non abbiamo ancora ricevuto un ASIN da Amazon; quando riceveremo il codice ASIN potremo riprezzare l’articolo.” significa che non sappiamo a quale ASIN Amazon è collegato questo prodotto.

Quando il Repricer Amazon è attivo, Channable riceve aggiornamenti da Amazon sulle modifiche (ad esempio, prezzo) dei prodotti che stai riprezzando. Questi dati sono collegati agli ASIN. Per poter riprezzare, Channable deve sapere quale ASIN appartiene al prodotto che stai riprezzando in modo da poterlo aggiornare. Quando esegui l’exporter, Channable recupera l’ASIN del prodotto che stai riprezzando.

Esegui l’exporter e il problema dovrebbe risolversi. Vai su Api e premi Esegui ora per l’Api Amazon che mostra l’errore.
