# Come Para Eliminar la connessione Meta/Facebook

Scopri come rimuovere la connessione Meta o Facebook en Channable o Facebook.

### Connessione Meta/Facebook di Channable

L'integrazione Meta di Channable (da usare Para i test A/B per i contenuti Creatives degli annunci) funziona come un proxy Api en tiempo reale. Questo significa che non archiviamo i dati degli annunci Meta, i dati delle campagne, i contenuti Creatives o qualsiasi informazione personale de il tuo Account Meta.

#### Cosa archiviamo:

* Un token di accesso OAuth criptato (usato Para comunicare con l'Api de Meta per tuo conto)
* Il tuo ID dell'Account Meta (usato Para identificare quale Account pubblicitario collegare)

Questi dati vengono archiviati solo de la durata de la connessione attiva y vengono eliminati definitivamente quando rimuovi la connessione.

### Opzione 1 - Rimuovi la connessione Channable en Facebook:

1. Vai Para **Facebook → Impostazioni y Privacy → Impostazioni**.
2. Clicca **App y siti web** en il menu a sinistra.
3. Individua "Channable" e fai clic su **Rimuovi**. Questo invalida immediatamente il token di accesso, impedendo a Channable de accedere al tuo account Meta.

### Opzione 2 - Disconnetti en Channable:

1. Accedi al tuo Account Channable.
2. Apri **Impostazioni azienda**:

3. Vai Para **Connessioni**.
4. Individua la connessione Meta.
5. En la colonna ‘Modifica connessione’, fai clic su **Modifica**.
6. Fai clic sull'icona a forma di ingranaggio e seleziona **Elimina connessione**.

### Cosa succede dopo

* Il tuo token di accesso crittografato viene eliminato
* Abbiamo rimosso i dettagli del tuo Account pubblicitario de il nostro database
* Tutti i link del progetto Para la connessione vengono rimossi
* Nessuna traccia de dati de questa connessione rimane en il nostro sistema y non conserviamo alcun backup de questi dati
