# Amazon Repricer "ASIN niet ontvangen" probleemoplosser
Als je de melding ‘Item is nieuw en we hebben nog geen ASIN van Amazon ontvangen, wanneer we de ASIN-code ontvangen kunnen we het item opnieuw prijzen.’ ziet, betekent dit dat we niet weten met welke Amazon-ASIN dit product gekoppeld is.
Wanneer de Amazon Repricer actief is, ontvangt Channable updates van Amazon over wijzigingen (bijvoorbeeld prijs) voor producten die je opnieuw prijst. Deze gegevens zijn gekoppeld aan ASINs. Om te kunnen reprijzen moet Channable weten welke ASIN bij het product hoort dat je opnieuw prijst, zodat Channable het kan bijwerken. Wanneer je de exporter uitvoert, haalt Channable de ASIN op van het product dat je opnieuw prijst.

Oplossing
Voer de exporter uit en het probleem zou verholpen moeten zijn. Ga naar API’s en klik op Uitvoeren voor de Amazon-API die de fout aangeeft.
