# Wat zijn Shopping-advertenties?

Google Shopping-advertenties, of Shopping-campagnes, zijn een manier om je catalogus online te promoten. Shopping-advertenties geven je de mogelijkheid je productadvertenties te structureren in verschillende campagnes, advertentiegroepen en productgroepen, wat helpt bij het beheren van CPC en targeting. Met Channable’s Shopping Ads-functionaliteit kun je de structuur van campagnes, advertentiegroepen en productgroepen voor je Shopping-advertenties beheren.

Shopping-advertenties zien er anders uit dan tekstadvertenties. Shopping-advertenties tonen een afbeelding, prijs, titel, winkelnaam en meer informatie in de advertentie, terwijl tekstadvertenties alleen tekst weergeven. Om al deze informatie te tonen gebruikt Google de productgegevens die je naar Merchant Center stuurt (via een [Google Shopping-feed](https://channable-test.gitbook.io/channable-test-docs/list-advertise/~/revisions/cbIFm6Z2OvHTry3bleEl/google-shopping/how-to-add-products-to-google-merchant-center) of [Google Shopping API](https://channable-test.gitbook.io/channable-test-docs/list-advertise/~/revisions/u6hV71rSe2Hl2cKS94zB/google-shopping/setting-up-a-google-shopping-api) in Channable) en beheert Google de Shopping-advertenties vanuit Google Ads.

De advertenties die door Shopping Ads worden gemaakt verschijnen in het Google Shopping-tabblad en in de Google-zoekresultaten boven of naast de tekstadvertenties. Op de afbeelding hieronder zijn de advertenties in het oranje vierkant gemaakt door Shopping Ads, en de advertenties in het groene vierkant zijn tekstadvertenties.
