# Ondersteunde marktplaatsen voor Order-koppelingen

### Functionaliteiten

Onze ondersteunde orderfunctionaliteiten verschillen per marketplace. Sommige hebben beperkte ordersynchronisatie en/of werken de voorraad niet realtime bij.

* **Volledig:** Stuurt orders naar het e-commerceplatform en stuurt de verzendstatus met trackingcodes terug naar de marketplace.
* **Beperkt:** Stuurt alleen orders van de marketplace naar je e-commerceplatform, zonder terugkoppeling naar de marketplace.

Als je een orderkoppeling hebt, kun je je facturen in pdf-formaat uploaden en beheren voor ondersteunde marketplaces via de Channable API.

Deze functie is beschikbaar voor Amazon, Kaufland, bol en alle op Mirakl gebaseerde marketplaces.

Sommige marketplaces bieden een fulfilmentservice waarbij zij de order voor je verzenden.

Standaard importeert Channable deze orders niet. Zo voorkom je dubbele verzendingen vanuit je ordermanagementsysteem (OMS). Wil je deze orders in Channable importeren en doorsturen naar je e-commerceplatform, stel dan een extra FBM-orderkoppeling in.

**Let op:** Als sommige items door de marketplace worden afgehandeld, moet je dit aangeven wanneer je de listing aanmaakt, in Channable of op de marketplace. De vereisten verschillen per marketplace.

<summary>OTTO</summary>

Voor OTTO-zendingen moet elke order een retour-trackingnummer bevatten. OTTO gebruikt dit nummer om retourlabels voor klanten aan te maken. In de meeste gevallen worden retouren rechtstreeks naar je magazijn gestuurd.

Wanneer je een retour ontvangt, moet je deze registreren in Channable of via de API. In zeldzame gevallen wordt een retour eerst naar OTTO gestuurd. Als dat gebeurt, haalt Channable de retourinformatie op en stuurt die door naar je e-commerceplatform op ondersteunde platformen.

Retouren bij Zalando vereisen handmatige actie in Channable. Voeg bij elk pakket een retourlabel toe, zodat klanten items direct naar je terug kunnen sturen.

Wanneer je een retour ontvangt, moet je deze registreren in Channable of via de API. Je moet ook de voorraad in je e-commerceplatform bijwerken.
