# Koppel Orders met alternatieve ID's

Leer hoe alternatieve product-id's werken in Order Koppelingen, bij gebruik daarvan en welke webshop-identificatievelden Channable ondersteunt.

Wanneer je items in Channable importeert, houden we de primaire identificaties bij uit je belangrijkste importbron (bijv. je webshop, databestand) en veelgebruikte alternatieve identificaties zoals `EAN` en `SKU` codes.

Verschillende ID's kunnen ontstaan door bestaande vermeldingen op marktplaatsen, platformmigraties of kanaalspecifieke SKU-regels. Zonder een match kunnen orders mislukken omdat de marktplaatsidentificatie niet bestaat in je e-commerceplatform.

Je kunt dit ondervangen door **Alternatieve ID-mapping** in je kanaal- en/of projectinstellingen.

## **Wanneer je Alternatieve ID-mapping gebruikt**

Alternatieve ID-mapping helpt orderitems te koppelen aan bestaande producten in je e-commerceplatform.

**Het is vooral handig wanneer:**

* je marktplaats andere product-ID's gebruikt dan je e-commerceplatform/webshop
* je regio-specifieke SKU-matching nodig hebt
* je migreert vanaf een ander platform met verouderde ID's
* je producten meerdere marktplaatsvermeldingen per item hebben

## Hoe Alternatieve ID-mapping werkt

* Een klant plaatst een bestelling op een marktplaats.
* De marktplaats stuurt de product-ID mee met de bestelling.
* Channable ontvangt de bestelling via je orderkoppeling.

* Channable kijkt naar de kanaalspecifieke ID en koppelt die terug aan de unieke platform-ID om de bestelling aan te maken.

Je kunt alternatieve ID's instellen die aansluiten op hoe je Channable gebruikt:

Gebruik dit wanneer je via een marktplaats- of Api-kanaal in Channable op een marktplaats vermeldt.

Channable koppelt de identificatie die naar de marktplaats is gestuurd aan het juiste product in je e-commerceplatform.

Gebruik dit wanneer je alleen een orderkoppeling gebruikt en geen bijbehorende kanalen in Channable hebt.

Channable koppelt orders op basis van identificaties die uit je belangrijkste importbron zijn vastgelegd.

#### Ondersteunde ID-velden (alternatieve import-ID)

Channable ondersteunt deze velden in je e-commerceplatform voor alternatieve import-ID-mapping:
