Setting up a Check24 feed
Learn how to set up a Check24 feed in Channable, map the required fields, activate the feed, and optionally add an order connection.
Check24 is a German price comparison and brokerage platform where customers can directly purchase products from third-party retailers. It hosts millionsof items across categories like electronics, fashion, and home goods.
This guide shows how to create a Check24 feed in Channable, and how to create an order connection to automatically push orders to your eCommerce platform (optional).
Before you start
You'll need
A project with product data imported into Channable
A Check24 account to receive your feed URL
Your Check24 FTP user and FTP password if you also want orders
Create a new Check24 feed
Go to Channels and click + Create channel.
Search for
Check24and select it.For Feed name, give your feed a descriptive name (e.g. 'Check24 NL')
Select your Target country. To sell in multiple countries, you'll need to create a feed per country.
Select the Type of market to determine how your items are categorized.
Open Advanced settings if you want to adjust extra feed settings.
Click Save.
Note: The market type you select affects the fields in Mapping. If you change it later, make sure you review your feed mapping.
Categorize your products
Match your items to Check24's product categories so Check24 receives the right classification for each item.
In [your Check24 channel], go to the Categories step.
Map (assign) categories for your items.
You can use AI categorization to automatically match items to Amazon categories, generate categories from a category field, or create categories manually.
Note: AI Categorization may not categorize all items automatically, or be completely accurate. We recommend reviewing the AI-suggested categories. Any remaining uncategorized items will need to be manually categorized.
Create rules to improve your data
When your product data is incomplete or it does not match the format Check24 requires, you can use rules to make improvements. Create rules to organize and optimize your items and meet Check24's listing requirements.
Map required fields
In [your Check24 channel], go to the Mapping step.
Go through and map the mandatory fields to a value. You can pull values from a project field, fill in a custom value, or select a supported value (available for some attributes).
Review the Recommended and Optional attributes and map where relevant to improve discoverability.
When ready, click Save & run.
Check your feed quality
The Quality step provides recommendations on how to improve your feed. The list of quality checks starts with mandatory issues, which have the highest priority. Not solving these issues may result in your feed being rejected or not showing up in Check24.
For each issue, Channable gives you a suggestion for a solution. To view these suggestions, do the following:
In [your Check24 channel], go to the Quality step.
Review the issues in the table:
The Items column shows the amount of items affected by the issue. Click View to see the full list.
The Fields column shows the field with the issue.
Click on an issue to view more details.
Follow the solution instructions, and click Solve to be directed to the source of the issue.
Preview and activate your feed
Once your feed is ready, you can preview it and then activate it.
If you're still on a Channable trial account, you need to change your account to a live account and activate your project in order to activate your Google Shopping feed.
In [your Check24 channel], go to the Preview & export step.
Click Activate feed.
Wait until the feed run finishes.
Copy the feed URL.
