# Rakuten : What should I do with my Feed URL ?

* Make sure you have an active PRO account on Rakuten.
* Send an email to <fr-support-pro@rakuten.com> or <support@rakuten.de> as follows:
  * Subject: "Rakuten feed integration + your shop name"
  * Rakuten connection ID + Category you are selling on
  * Your Rakuten login

You can simply upload your feed, copied from the "Preview" tab of your Rakuten feed in Channable, anytime in your seller account. Rakuten will download your file(s) from 1 up to 4 times per day.
