# How to set up a country or language feed in Meta

In [Meta Commerce Manager](https://business.facebook.com/commerce/), you can [add a country or language feed](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/348955576172747?id=725943027795860) to your catalog to localize your feed. [Create a feed in Channable](https://helpcenter.channable.com/list-advertise/meta/get-started-with-meta) so that you can connect it to your country or language feed in Meta.

Follow these steps to add a country or language feed in Meta Commerce Manager:

1. Go to **Catalog** **>** **Data Sources** in the navigation menu.
2. At ‘Country and language feeds’, click on **Add new feed**.

3. Select **Upload feed**.
4. At **Select feed type,** choose either **Country feed** or **Language feed,** depending on the type of feed you created in Channable.
5. Select **Use a URL or Google Sheets** and copy and paste your Meta [feed URL](https://helpcenter.channable.com/list-advertise/list-on-channels/feeds-faq/how-do-i-get-the-feed-file-url) from Channable, which can be found in the [Preview step](https://helpcenter.channable.com/list-advertise/list-on-channels/set-up-a-feed/set-up-a-feed-preview-and-export-step) of the feed setup.
6. Add a name for your feed.
7. Select a **default currency**.

**Note:** In Channable, we add the currency by default to all the prices in your feed, so the option you select here does not impact your feed.

8. Set how often the feed will refresh at **Data feed schedule**.

9. Click on **Upload.**<br>
