Functionalities

Our supported order functionalities vary based on the marketplace. Some have limited order syncing and/or don’t update stock in real time.

  • Complete: Sends orders to the eCommerce platform and sends shipping status with tracking codes back to the marketplace.

  • Limited: Only sends orders from the marketplace to your eCommerce platform, with no feedback to the marketplace.

For OTTO shipments, every order must include a return tracking number. OTTO uses this number to create return labels for customers. In most cases, returns are sent directly to your warehouse.

When you receive a return, you must register it in Channable or through the API. In rare cases, a return is sent to OTTO first. If that happens, Channable retrieves the return information and sends it to your eCommerce platform on supported platforms.

Zalando returns require manual action in Channable. Include a return label with every package so customers can send items directly back to you.

When you receive a return, you must register it in Channable or through the API. You must also update the stock in your eCommerce platform.
