Supported marketplaces for order connections

Functionalities
Our supported order functionalities vary based on the marketplace. Some have limited order syncing and/or don’t update stock in real time.
Complete: Sends orders to the eCommerce platform and sends shipping status with tracking codes back to the marketplace.
Limited: Only sends orders from the marketplace to your eCommerce platform, with no feedback to the marketplace.
Whether a marketplace supports automatic stock updates when an item is ordered.
Channable can retrieve return information from orders for certain marketplaces.

If you have an order connection, you can upload and manage your invoices in PDF format for supported marketplaces via the Channable API.
This feature is available for Amazon, Kaufland, bol, and all Mirakl-based marketplaces.
Some marketplaces offer a fulfillment service where they ship the order for you.
By default, Channable does not import these orders. This helps prevent double shipments from your order management system (OMS). If you want to import these orders into Channable and send them to your eCommerce platform, set up an extra FBM order connection.
Note: If some items are fulfilled by the marketplace, you must mark this when you create the listing, either in Channable or on the marketplace. Requirements vary by marketplace.

*Galaxus has two programs: the Marketplace Program and the Retailer Program. We only support the Marketplace Program, as the Retailer Program requires invoice handling and partial shipments that we don't support.

Conrad
A return address in your Mirakl account is required to process returns from Conrad.
OTTO
For OTTO shipments, every order must include a return tracking number. OTTO uses this number to create return labels for customers. In most cases, returns are sent directly to your warehouse.
When you receive a return, you must register it in Channable or through the API. In rare cases, a return is sent to OTTO first. If that happens, Channable retrieves the return information and sends it to your eCommerce platform on supported platforms.
