#### Resolve errors

1. In **Description**, click the error name. This opens an overview of products with that error.
2. In **ID**, click the ID number and scroll to the error callout. Hover over the callout for more information.

4. For information about the attribute and accepted values, hover over <i class="fa-circle-question">:circle-question:</i>.
5. Resolve the error, then click **Run now** to resend your listings.
   {% endstep %}

#### Create a matching order connection <mark style="color:$primary;">(optional)</mark>

ShopApotheke, Redcare, and Farmaline support [order connections](/list-advertise/orders/order-connections.md), meaning you can sync orders back to your eCommerce platform, and sync shipment and tracking data back to the Redcare Pharmacy marketplace you listed on.

**To be eligible, you must:**

* Handle fulfillment, shipping, customer invoicing, and returns for each marketplace.
* Provide a tracking number for every shipment. Letterbox shipping isn't permitted.
* Not include discount codes or marketing material for your webshop.
* Meet the packaging, labeling, product, tax, and consumer-protection requirements for each market.

{% hint style="info" %}
To comply with order privacy requirements, only account owners can view order details for ShopApotheke, Redcare, and Farmaline. Channable employees and connected agencies can't access this data.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/list-advertise/sell-on-marketplaces/mirakl-marketplaces/how-to-set-up-a-shopapotheke-redcare-or-farmaline-channel.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
