# Optimize your text fields for ad creatives

The regular rules are executed before the image rules. This means you can use these to optimize existing content or create new text fields that you want to use in your ad creatives.

{% step %}

### Optimize the product title

Make the title more catchy and fitting for your audience, for example by removing unnecessary information.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Calculate the sale percentage

Calculate the sale percentage so you can show exactly how much buyers will save.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Optimize the price field

Optimize the price field, for example by removing decimals or setting different separators with the **reformat number rule.**

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

These are just a few examples, but the most important thing to remember is that the normal rules work before the ad creatives' rules — so you can make any changes to your fields before using them in the image editor!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/manage-improve-product-data/creatives-create-and-edit-images/image-rules/optimize-your-text-fields-for-ad-creatives.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
