The Preview step displays mapped attributes for multiple items and detailed views for individual items, highlighting errors prior to exporting to the marketplace. It includes features such as an “Error” column, a filter for items with errors, and customizable displayed columns.
Search & filter Bar

Filter by error message or category: You can filter items by specific error messages or categories.
- Search for specific products: Use the search bar to look for a particular item or brand.
- Combine filters: Combine different filters for a subset of products, or to narrow down the search to a specific issue or category.
Item overview
- Unfiltered view: Initially, the item overview shows all items that will be exported to a marketplace upon your next run.

Filtered view: Modify your filters to display all items containing errors.
Detailed Product Preview
- Specific item details: When you click on a specific item in the 'Item Overview,' a detailed product overview is displayed, highlighting missing information.

Dynamic actions: The 'Actions' you can take are dynamic and related to the missing information.
Listed below are a few of the 'Actions':
- Only errors: This option lets you display only the fields with errors in the product preview.
- View in build: Clicking this button takes you to the 'Build' step.
- Categories: This option guides you back to the Categories step, so the item can be categorized.
Checklist for finalizing attributes
Now that you know all the features of the Preview step, you can use these features to check off the list below to finalize the attributes in all your items.
- Review shared attributes: Ensure all mandatory shared attributes are filled correctly.
- Review category-specific attributes: Ensure all mandatory category-specific attributes are filled correctly.
- Check for errors: Look for any red-marked fields and correct them.
Activating your API:
If you have followed all the above steps, you are ready to activate your API.
- Go to the settings step: Navigate to the Settings step of your API.

Activate and run the API: Activate your API and run it to start exporting your product data.
