Common Errors and Solutions
mirakl_unknown_error_code
This error signifies a group of errors that typically occur when Mirakl can’t identify a product’s EAN in the Mirakl database. This means the product is either new to Mirakl, or missing attributes it needs to be recognized as a product.
Solution:
- Check your categories: In the Categories step, check that your product categories are correctly matched. If they're not, take a moment to map them accurately. For detailed instructions on this process, refer to our article on mapping categories.
- Check your mapping: In the Build step, check your mapped fields and correct anything that looks incorrectly mapped. You can use rules to create and populate new fields.
Once you’ve checked both your categories and mapped attributes, click Run now to run your channel again.
