Before importing your data, it is important to know what kind of data feed you have available or what webshop platform you are currently running. Depending on your data feed or platform there are different options.

For most platforms, there is usually a way to generate a CSV or XML data feed, either using a plugin or built-in functionality. If you can't find any way to do this, contact us.
If you are not using an out-of-the-box solution or you do not manage the technical aspects of your web platform, contact the builder or support team that is concerned with the technical aspects. Ask if they can provide you with a CSV or XML data feed. For more information on what data we need, contact us.
If your shop builder or maintenance team cannot generate a data feed, contact us. Most of the time we are able to figure something out.
