Before you start importing your product data, it is important to know which fields and requirements are necessary to have in your import file/data. We have created a list of fields and general requirements you will need to keep in mind. Check them out in this article from our Help Center.

Other or Custom webshop platform
For most platforms, there is usually a way to generate a CSV or XML data feed, either using a plugin or built-in functionality. If you can't find any way to do this, contact us.
If you are not using an out-of-the-box solution or you do not manage the technical aspects of your web platform, contact the builder or support team that is concerned with the technical aspects. Ask if they can provide you with a CSV or XML data feed. For more information on what data we need, contact us.
If your shop builder or maintenance team cannot generate a data feed, contact us. Most of the time we are able to figure something out.
