Channable will not automatically upgrade your subscription unless your usage exceeds the limits of your current plan.
Going live
As mentioned above, you will not be charged until you select a subscription, ensuring that you are fully prepared before committing to a paid plan.
Managing plans
To change your plan, go to 'Plans & Pricing,' select the 'Plans' tab, and choose 'Change package.' Make sure to save your changes. For detailed information, refer to the full Help Center article.
Monitoring current usage
To view current usage and subscription details, navigate to 'Plans & Pricing' in the settings section. This page includes:
- All selected plans & add-ons: Overview of your subscription, add-ons, and total costs.
- Current active usage: Displays active usage for 'Core,' 'Marketplaces,' 'PPC,' 'Insights,' and 'Creatives.' Areas of overusage are highlighted in red.
- Invoices: Details on all invoices, including the option to download them as PDFs.
Handling overusage
If your usage exceeds plan limits, you will be notified and automatically upgraded after 72 hours of over-usage. Adjust your usage or change plans accordingly to avoid unexpected charges.
