How does Channable’s pricing work?
Our subscriptions are based on the package you select (determined by the number of items you need to import into Channable) and the Core plan you choose (Standard, Plus or Pro). You can also add additional modules to your plan.
Channable subscription = package (e.g. Medium business = 5K items, 2 projects, 6 channels) + Core plan (e.g. Core Plus) + additional module plans (e.g. Marketplaces Standard)

What is the difference between Core Standard, Plus and Pro?
The Core plans each have different features that are available. For example, Rules are available with all the plans but Rule versioning is only available in Core Pro. Find out more about which features are available in each plan and compare them to find the best fit for your business.
How does the free trial work?
With the Channable free trial, you can set up an account, add your data and test out how you can use Channable. There is no time limit for a free trial but in order to activate channels you set up and share your product data with a channel, you need a Channable subscription.
Can I cancel my Channable subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but you need to cancel before the 20th of the current month to avoid being billed for the next month. Learn more about how to cancel your subscription and Terms and Conditions.
What kind of support is included?
Channable is a self-help platform but we offer comprehensive technical support via phone and email. Our Support Team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM CET every weekday - inquiries are free! Contact our Support Team.
We also offer free access to our Help Center and our Channable academy, which includes courses and interactive materials.
How many users are included in the plans?
All our plans include unlimited users.
Are there discounts available for long-term contracts?
Unfortunately we do not offer long-term contract discounts at this time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept direct debit (accounts within the EU), credit card (outside the EU) and invoice (within the EU, for subscriptions that are €500+) as payment methods.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees or extra fees when you start a Channable subscription.
How is pricing calculated if I need to upgrade or downgrade my plan in the middle of the month?
We invoice in advance, which means that you will receive an invoice from Channable on the 20th of each month for the next month. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan, make sure to make this change before the 20th of the month. Learn more about changing your subscription.
In what currencies do you offer your pricing?
Our pricing plans are offered in Euros (€ EUR) and United States dollars ($ USD).
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?
Unfortunately we do not offer educational or non-profit discounts at this time.
Are there any limitations on data volume or usage within each plan?
Yes, your data usage is limited to the package you choose in your subscription. If you go over your usage limit without adjusting your subscription, we will automatically upgrade your Channable subscription.
