Do I need an Amazon Order Connection?
An order connection is not required to use Amazon Ads. The performance data required for the keyword automation will be sourced from Amazon directly.
Do I require a new connection for each account, country, or region?
No, it is only necessary to establish one connection, which will grant access to all eligible marketplaces for advertising within the Ads channel of that account.
However, it is important to note that a separate Amazon Ads channel needs to be set up for each account and country.
Can I advertise products that are Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA)?
You can create ads for products that are fulfilled by Amazon. Make sure that the unique IDs are the same as the unique IDs on Amazon or, if you use Channable's Amazon API exporter, to match the Unique ID field for both Amazon API and Amazon Ads.
I have an MCC account containing multiple clients, can I use that account in multiple connections of different companies?
Yes, you can use the same account/profile in multiple connections regardless of the company.
Beware that if you use the same profile in different companies, you might run into errors if the campaign name is not unique!
Can I connect to existing campaigns?
Yes, we will take control of the campaigns in case Channable has the same campaign name and targeting type as the one on Amazon, but we don't take control over ads that are not generated in Channable.
This will impact all entities generated by the tool (for example, Ad Groups, Keywords, Product targets, Ads etc.) and it works in a similar way. For example, Ad Groups with the same name or Ads with the same product identifier will be affected in the same way.
Can I combine Amazon Ads with other tooling, like Perpetua?
We don't recommend combining Channable Amazon Ads with other tooling as this might result in conflicts. However, if you use other tooling to create ads, Channable can control them. In those cases, make sure only to use other tooling to create the ads/keywords/campaigns.
Do I need the analytics module to use Amazon Ads?
No, you will be able to fully use the Amazon Ads tool with the PPC module.
Is it also possible to manage search terms? Or only keywords?
Search Terms cannot be managed through our tool, only Keywords and Product targets.
We make use of the Search Term performance data to generate keywords through Automation rules though.
My ads channel was deactivated, but my campaign generator is activated, what will happen to my ads?
If this happens, all ads within all the campaign generators will be paused. The status of the Ads channel will take precedence over the status of the campaign generator. This way you can preserve the state of all campaign generators and still have a single master switch for all ads.

Do I need to use Channable’s Amazon API to use Amazon Ads?
No, you don't have to use Channable’s Amazon API integration to use the Amazon Ads feature. However, you will need to provide the proper Unique IDs for your products.
You can be done with an import, such as a Google Sheet or a CSV file.
Which settings are synced? Can I do manual adjustments on Amazon?
We manage all the settings that are shown in the tool. This means that on each run, we will update all the unmatching attributes like the State, the budget, or the default bid.
We do not update names, so if we have an Amazon ID, the name can be changed.
What is the minimum number of products for Channable’s Amazon Ads solution?
There is no minimum number of products for Channable’s solution. However, our users indicate that reaching or exceeding 25 is the threshold where manual optimizations become too time-consuming.
Can I use Channable’s Amazon Ads tool as a Seller or a Vendor?
Yes, Channable offers the capability to utilize its Amazon Ads tool for both Sellers and Vendors. For Vendors, we require the ASINs of their products. Sellers can use a unique ID to list products on Amazon Seller Central.
On which Amazon marketplaces can I advertise with Channable?
Channable’s PPC tool supports all Amazon marketplaces and makes it very easy to expand to other markets. You don't have to pay any extra fees for this.
What is keyword & ASIN harvesting?
This is the process of moving or removing search terms or ASINs based on their performance. Our automation rules allow you to transfer profitable search terms or ASINs to increase their visibility, or eliminate unprofitable ones by adding them to the negative exact or negative phrase of targeted campaigns.
There’s no setting to change the Ad Group name. Can I update the name on Amazon?
Yes! Since you can't set up an Ad Group name within our tool you can update this on Amazon.
Channable will use the same name for the ad groups and campaigns since we use only one ad group per campaign. However, the ad group name can be safely changed on Amazon if desired.
Why doesn't my preview page show any results or changes?
