When you update your import mapping, Channable checks if any new fields have not been imported and adds them to the existing mapping. This is necessary when you have added new fields to your import that do not appear in the mapping automatically. Channable will also remove fields that are no longer in your import.
To update the mapping of your import feed, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Setup and go to Import > [Added import] > Settings.
- Click on the gear icon and then select Update mapping from the dropdown.
Note: Updating the import mapping will not remove any fields you added manually or change any other configuration you previously made in the Edit mapping tab of your import.
