This article explains the formal process for removing Channable as your Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner in Google Merchant Center.
Why you can’t remove Channable yourself
The connection between your Merchant Center and Channable is managed through our platform and our direct connection with Google’s backend. When Channable is your CSS partner, we manage the technical side to keep your products visible on our comparison website.
You need to submit a request as disconnecting your Merchant Center from our CSS requires our team to initiate a manual process with Google. This ensures your account is cleanly disconnected.
How to request removal
To remove Channable as your CSS partner, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@channable.com
- In your email, include the following details:
- Your Merchant Center ID
- Your Channable Company ID
- The reason you want to remove Channable
- Send your email.
Our team will process your request. Once we do, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and an email from Google to accept an invite to rejoin Google CSS.
