When you open a project you will see the dashboard. The dashboard is an overview of everything that happens in that specific project. In this dashboard, you will see the total number of imported items, the total number of channels, and when this project was last updated. If the project is inactive, the project is not automatically updated every day, so it may be more than 24 hours ago.
If you have Google Analytics linked in Channable you can also see the performance of the project. More information about viewing the Google Analytics statistics can be found in this article.
Explanation of the different parts of the dashboard
Total number of items:
This shows how many products have been imported into this specific project. Would you like a detailed overview of the number of items per channel, or you would like to view another period? Click on 'Detailed view' or on the 'Total number of items box'.
When you have clicked on 'Detailed view' or the 'Total number of items box', you can change the display of the graph. For example, you can exclude channels from the graph by clicking on the channel in the graph.
You can also change the period that the graph shows. You can adjust the displayed period by clicking on the dates in the upper right corner. Here you can choose from several standard options like 'seven days', or you can choose a period yourself by using the manual date selection. If you would like to save this overview, then it is possible to download the item data as CSV. You can do this by clicking on 'download as CSV' in the lower right corner.
Total number of channels:
The total number of channels shows you how many channels the products will be exported. Detailed information about how many products are exported per channel can also be found in the detailed items overview.
The last update shows when the whole project was last updated by the automatic updates that you set in the schedule settings. More information about the schedule settings can be found here. If the project is inactive, the project is not automatically updated every day, so it may be more than 24 hours ago.
