# 11 mars 2026 : bol commencera A supprimer les produits avec des informations manquantes

À partir du 1er avril 2026, [bol commencera à supprimer des produits](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) si les informations « fabricant » et/ou « Opérateur économique » sont manquantes.

En vertu du nouveau Règlement général de l'Union européenne sur la sécurité des produits (GPSR) et de la Digital Services Act (DSA), il est obligatoire que les produits comportent les informations suivantes :

* Informations fabricant
* Informations sur l'opérateur économique

Bien que les nouvelles règles GPSR/DSA soient en vigueur depuis un certain temps, [bol commencera à les appliquer](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) désormais.

Cela signifie que les produits en ligne dont les informations sont manquantes commenceront à être supprimés. L'absence d'informations empêchera également la mise en ligne de nouvelles annonces.
