All agency users will automatically receive email notifications about errors from all customers (including those connected to the Agency Dashboard with the link), ensuring nothing critical will be overlooked.

However, if you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can opt out by following the steps below.

Log in

Log in using the email address for which you want to adjust the settings.

Open company settings

Navigate to the companies overview in the Agency Dashboard and locate the settings icon next to the relevant company.

Disable notifications

On the Notifications settings page, select the option ‘No notifications’ in all sections.

Important: These notification settings are specific to each user and company. Saving the settings on this page will only impact your own account, not the accounts of other users who have access to the company. For example, if Marie opts in and Anna opts out, Marie will keep receiving error messages while Anna will not.
