trash-can-xmarkRemove a company from your Dashboard

If you no longer want to see or access a client's company because the collaboration ended, follow the steps below. There are two options — pick the one that applies to you.

1

Your email address was directly invited as a User to the company

Step 1: On the Agency Dashboard, select the company you want to remove from the list, or use the search bar in the top right corner.

Step 2: Once the company is selected, the resulting page will lead to the company project. On the left side menu, click on “Manage Access.”

Step 3: If you are the Owner of the company, contact our Technical Support departmentarrow-up-right and request to be deleted from that company.

Step 4: If you are a Collaborator or Employee, you can remove yourself by clicking on “Remove yourself”.

Note: Employees and Collaborators have different views for this process.

2

Step 1: Navigate to the “Connected companies” tab in your Agency Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the company you want to remove and click on the icon under the “Disconnect company” column.

Step 3: In the popup window, click on “Disconnect company.”

Result: The company will no longer appear on your main page in the Agency Dashboard, and nobody from your agency should have access to it. If certain users can still see the company, they should follow the instructions in the first stepper ("Your email address was directly invited as a User to the company") to remove themselves from the company.
