What is a Partner code?
This code is linked to a specific marketing agency and is used to determine which accounts are actively managed by the linked agency.
The Partner code is shared by Channable when the partner agreement is signed.
How is my Partner Level determined?
Based on the Partner codes that are filled in, we can see the amount of customers that are actively managed by the related agency and their total revenue. These two factors determine an agency’s Partner level. The exact criteria per Partner level can be found in the Partner program section on our website. An agency becomes an official partner once the Bronze level threshold is reached.
There are three Partner levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze level can be reached throughout the entire year, but the Silver and Gold Partner levels are only announced once per year (Q1).
Where can the Partner code be filled in?
To add a Partner code to a Channable account, the concerned agency first has to be granted access to the account. If this is not yet the case, you can read here how to do so.
Once the agency has access to the account, the company owner can navigate to Company settings, where the Agency details tab is located; here the Partner code can be filled in.
Important: If your Partner code is not filled in, you will not be receiving the Partner commission from Channable for managing those clients. On the main page of the Agency Dashboard, notice the checkmark next to the clients for which you receive a partner commission.
Who can fill in the Partner code?
Only users with the user role 'Owner' can fill in the Partner code as “managing agency”, since they are the owner of the account. More information about our different user roles and corresponding rights can be found in this Help Center article.
