All agency users will automatically receive email notifications about errors from all customers (also those that are connected to the Agency Dashboard with the link), so nothing critical will be overlooked.
However, we understand that preferences may vary, so there is an easy way to opt-out too. To do that, you should simply follow these steps:
- Log in using the email address for which you want to adjust the settings.
- Navigate to the companies overview in the Agency Dashboard and locate the settings icon next to the relevant company.
- On the Notifications settings page, select the option ‘No notifications’ in all sections.
Important! These notification settings are specific to each user and company. So saving the settings on this page will only affect your own account, not the accounts of other users who have access to the company. For example, if Marie chooses to opt-in and Anna chooses to opt-out, Marie will continue to receive the error messages while Anna will not.
