With Channable Insights, you can connect your Amazon Ads account to view key performance data directly in Channable, helping you track important metrics like clicks, impressions, and ad spend, helping you make strategic decisions for your campaigns.
In this article, we'll explain how to set up Insights for Amazon Ads and go over the metrics you can track in Channable.

- A project field that contains your product IDs
Setting up Insights for Amazon Ads
- In the menu, click Insights > + Create Insights.
- Select [your Amazon Ads connection] and fill in the following information:
- For Name, give your dashboard a distinct name
- For Date range setting, choose between a fixed range or rolling date range (continuous).
- For Date range, choose the date range you want to pull data from (if fixed range) or the maximum amount of days to pull data from (if rolling date range)Note: If you’re using the preview version of Insights, you only have the option of a 90 day rolling date range.
- For Amazon account, select your Amazon account you want to retrieve data from
- For Time range attribution, define the window of time you attribute a conversion to an initial impression.
Example ‘2 weeks’ - If someone clicks on your product, leaves, but returns a week later to purchase it, you determine the sale is linked to your ad. - Use Group on field(s) (optional) to group data based on category/brand/any or other field from your imported items.
- Click New Insights dashboard.
Within a few minutes, your dashboard will appear with an overview of your products.
