Used for: Selecting the products with the lowest or highest values in the selected field. Usually used for finding the top or lowest performers in your items.
Used in: "IF"-statements.
This rule is useful for finding the top or lowest performers in your items. This rule will filter among all items that are available and sort those items to take the top X highest or lowest values for a selected field like price
or stock
or revenue
. It's a number rule, so you can only use a number to make the selection of lower or higher values.
Possible use cases are:
- Exclude products: If you want to filter out and only keep the items with the top 50 highest prices in rules, use the ELSE statement as seen in the gif to exclude everything that is not in the top 50.
- Add tag: You can use this rule to assign a value to a field for all products that have the top 50 highest ROAS from an Insight dashboard, for example "high performer", and use that as a custom field.
