1. For which exports is the Image Editor supported?
This feature can be used in all feeds, as long as you have unlocked the 'Creatives' plan in your Plans and pricing.
2. Which image extensions are supported for the Image Editor?
For the input images, the Image Editor accepts PNG, WebP, JPG or JPEG files. Generated images on the other hand will always have PNG as their extension.
3. Why are there no project fields shown if I want to select an Image from my project fields?
This means that there are no fields in your import, or in your setup project fields, that have the field type 'Image'. This can also be the reason for the following error.
4. Why do I get the message that there are no items?
Only one Image Rule can be applied to an item. The first Image Rule that includes an item will be the one applied to that item, and following rules selecting the item will skip that specific item.
Therefore, the order of the rules is important. We advise having the most narrow filters in the first rule, and then widen the filter for subsequent rules.
5. Why is the field where I want to store the URL empty in rule results?
The URL of the image is generated during the feed export. So when previewing rule results, this URL does not exist yet.
6. Where can I find an overview of my created templates?
All created templates for a company can be found in the drop-down for template selection in any image rule in your company:
7. Why can’t I select a nested field as my result field?
This is due to technical reasons. Consequently, we only support storing the edited images in non-nested fields, and therefore do not display nested fields in the drop-down for storing the URL.
8. How do I know if my edited images have been successfully downloaded?
After applying rules to images, you can verify if they have successfully downloaded by checking the bottom right side of the Image rules screen.
If images are still being downloaded, the status will show as “In progress” instead of “Completed” or if there are any images that failed to download.
By clicking on “See full progress”, it will redirect you to a tab within the 'import setup' page, where more details can be found.
9. Where do I find, and how do I resolve errors?
After activating your template in the Image Rules, you can find an overview of all current errors by navigating to the Preview step and selecting the Image errors tab. Open an error by clicking on the title, and you'll find the specific reason for the error and which items the error relates to. Follow the given instructions to solve the error.
