What does the Zalando Package offer?
The Zalando package allows you to manage product listings and orders for Zalando through Channable. This article explains what the package offers and the requirements you must meet.
Requirements for the Zalando package
To use the Zalando package, you must have:
An active Core (Pro) module in your subscription; this is the base module and is required for all Channable company accounts.
An active Marketplace module in your subscription, as this module activates the use of the API export and the order connection.

Now that you have met the requirements, the Zalando package includes three main components which become available as soon as the add‑on is added to your subscription:
What does the Zalando Support Service look like?
As explained in our article “Introduction to selling on Zalando”, the Zalando onboarding process requires precision in product information and order fulfillment. Without specialized knowledge, onboarding can be time-consuming.
The Zalando onboarding package offers specialized support that will proactively assist you during API setup and resolve issues or questions as they arise. The service adapts as the onboarding process progresses. Brand Readiness is not included here, as responsibilities in that phase lie between you and Zalando.
Below is what you can expect from Channable Support during each phase.
Phase: API Setup
This phase begins as soon as you have been provided access to a zDirect account from Zalando.
Contact our Support team; we will assist in setting up the Zalando connection and creating the API export in your Channable account.
We will configure any aspects required by the API where possible and help you complete product-specific information you must fill in (e.g., product categories, colors, sizes).
Once the export is set up, you can schedule an appointment with our Zalando Support team for a final review. If you agree with the setup and the content, the API can be activated and you can start pushing your products to Zalando.
Phase: Article onboarding
This phase begins once you have activated the API export and pushed your products to Zalando for the first time.
Many products may initially show errors related to product information.
During this phase, the Zalando Support team will assist in troubleshooting all errors until your products are approved and you're ready to fulfill a test order.
Phase: Troubleshooting
This phase begins after successfully fulfilling the test order and Zalando has lifted the merchant block on your account (Zalando checks product information before granting platform access).
You can start selling on Zalando.
Our Support team will remain available for questions, errors, or if you want to expand to other countries.
