Setting up a Veepee feed
UI update: The settings for Feeds and the Feeds steps have been redesigned! Some visuals and instructions may not be up-to-date.
Veepee, a top international e-commerce leader in flash sales, serves over 4 million members in the Benelux region with exclusive brand offers in fashion, lifestyle, and travel. We now provide Veepee order connections in addition to the product creation feed for Privalia and Veepee. This article assists you in setting up a feed for Veepee.
To create a new Veepee feed, follow these steps:
Navigate to [Your project] > Channels.
Click +Create channel.
Search for "Veepee" and select the 'Veepee'.
Next, fill in your Feed name
Select your Target country from the dropdown.
Select the Type of market, which is the specific category or sector of the retail market for your products.
Click on Advanced settings to edit more settings for your feed.
Once you have completed your feed settings, click Continue.
Set up the categories for your products by using the generate categories feature, or by creating new categories manually.
Create different rules to optimize your product data.
Link the appropriate fields in the Mapping step. You will need to ensure that you match your data fields to all the blue fields presented, as these are the mandatory fields required by the feed. If you do not provide data for the blue fields, this will result in errors from the feed. The orange and white fields are recommended, but not required, for a successful upload.
Tip: For a description of the channel fields, hover over the gray question mark icons with your cursor. Make sure to at least fill in all the 'Mandatory' fields.

Important I: As of February 17, 2023, Veepee requires certain attributes to verify mandatory information before a sale. Some attributes are only mandatory under specific conditions related to your product or applicable laws. It is your responsibility as a seller on Veepee Brandsplace to determine if your product requires these attributes and to complete them accordingly. Please note that mandatory attributes have specification requirements that vary depending on the country.
Important II: Information about the treatment with biocides: The use of biocides in the product must be disclosed in the following countries: Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands, where applicable. Product sheet related to environmental qualities and characteristics, such as the incorporation of recycled materials, recyclability, and the disclosure of dangerous substances, needs to be provided for the French market.
Please check your feed in the Quality and Preview steps. If there are any errors in the mandatory fields, address these first by optimizing your product data using rules and/or connecting the appropriate fields in the Mapping step. Repeat this process if necessary.
When your Veepee feed is fully set up, activate the feed in the Settings tab and run it. You will now see a URL in the Preview step. You can use this URL to upload the feed to your Veepee account.
