Setting up a Check24 feed
UI update: The settings for Feeds and the Feeds steps have been redesigned! Some visuals and instructions may not be up-to-date.
Check24 is a price comparison portal for insurance, finance, energy, telecommunications, travel, shopping, crafts and aesthetic surgery sectors, acting both as a broker and as an insurance agent. This article explains how to set up a Check24 connection and (optionally) add an order connection.
Create a Check24 channel
Navigate to [Your project] > Channels.
Click +Create channel.
Search for "Check24" and select 'Check24'.
Fill in your Feed name.
Select your Target country from the dropdown.
Select the Type of market (the specific category/sector for your products).
Click Advanced settings to edit more settings for your feed.
Once you have completed your feed settings, click Continue.
Categories
Set up the Categories for your products by using the generate categories feature or create new categories from scratch:
Optimize product data with Rules
Create different Rules to optimize your product data. Example and common rules guidance:
Mapping
Link the right fields in the Mapping step.
Tip: For a description of the channel fields, hover over the gray question mark icons. Make sure to fill in all mandatory fields (they are blue).
Add an order connection to your Check24 feed
Note: Using the Channable order functionality results in additional costs.
Channable’s order connection functionality can pull orders from Check24.
The setup for Check24 requires creating a new connection using the FTP User and FTP Password. You can find your FTP access data in the order transmission settings of your Check24 account:
Select the option "interface connection" in your Check24 order transmission settings.
On the following page choose the suitable option from the displayed shop systems.
By clicking the option that suits you, access the connection details under "Your interface access data".

When you have the FTP information:
Create a new Check24 connection: go to Connections > + Add a new connection, select Check24, and fill in the FTP User and FTP Password in the fields shown in the screenshot below.
