Functionalities
Our supported order functionalities vary based on the marketplace. Some have limited order syncing and/or don’t update stock in real time.
Order synchronization types
Complete: Sends orders to the webshop and sends shipping status with tracking codes back to the marketplace.
Limited: Only sends orders from the marketplace to your webshop, with no feedback to the marketplace.
Real-time stock updates
This shows whether a marketplace supports automatic stock-level updates.
Note: Due to technical limitations, stock updates are processed differently for different platforms.

Special conditions for OTTO
When shipping an order, you must provide return tracking numbers. OTTO uses these to create return labels that customers can request when returning orders. Most returned items are sent directly to your warehouse.
When you receive a return, you must notify OTTO by creating a return through our website or API. In rare cases where returns go to OTTO first, our system will fetch that information and send it to your webshop (if you use a supported platform).
Special conditions for Zalando
Zalando returns require manual steps in Channable. You need to include a return label with each package so customers can send items directly back to you. When you receive a return, you must notify Zalando through our website or API, and update your stock levels in your webshop.
