How to set up a PcComponentes channel
PcComponentes is one of the largest electronics marketplaces in Spain. It specializes in online sales, computing, and technology.
In this guide you’ll learn how to set up a PcComponentes channel to create and manage PcComponentes listings.
Before you start
Good to know
PcComponentes requires products with EAN codes. Without them, you can’t list on PcComponentes.
You’ll need
Products with valid EAN codes
Connect to PcComponentes via Mirakl
In your Channable account, go to Channels and search for PcComponentes. Note: If it doesn’t appear, click Clear to reset your filters.
Click on it, and select + Add a new connection.
At Connect with, click PcComponentes.
For Label, keep the name as is, or change it. This is only used to identify your PcComponentes channel within Channable.
Click Connect with PcComponentes.
You’ll be redirected to Mirakl to log in to your Mirakl account. This authenticates the connection so Channable can list products for you. After successfully logging in, your connection will be ready and you will be navigated back to set up your channel.
Set up your PcComponentes channel
Click [your PcComponentes connection].
Configure your settings for your channel:
Name: give your channel a name.
Unique ID per item: select a field containing your products’ EAN codes (e.g. ean, id).
Language: choose the language your product data is in. Note: PcComponentes is only available in Spain.
Use master rule group: you can set a rule group if you already have one to apply to your channel.
Status: leave your API deactivated for now.
Click Save.
Create your product listings in Channable
Follow these sub-steps to set up your channel.
Categorize your products
Set up your product data by assigning categories to your products.
Smart Categorization: automatically assigns product categories using our algorithm.
Manual Categorization: manually assign product categories with custom rules.
Uncategorized Items: products that still need to be reviewed and categorized.

Rules help you quickly optimize your product data for your target marketplace.
Rule templates: commonly used rules you can adjust and customize.
Rules setup: set up rules to refine your product data (filter, modify, enhance fields).

Build your listings
The Build step configures product listings to match marketplace requirements.
Mandatory fields: required to list your products on this marketplace.
Recommended: suggested to avoid errors.
Optional: not required to list.
Important: some attributes may be mandatory even if they don't seem relevant for your specific situation. You can leave these attributes unmapped.
Shared attributes
Common fields across products (EAN, prices, titles). Map shared attributes for consistent listings.
Use static or dynamic values:
Static values: fixed values (e.g., brand).
Dynamic values: fields that update from linked data (e.g., stock, prices).
Category-specific attributes
Fields that apply to specific categories (e.g., size for clothing). Fill in attributes for the selected category.
Tip: Click Auto-map fields to automatically map using information using information from your other channels or other similar setups. Learn more.

Best practices for Mirakl marketplaces
Add multiple attribute values separated by a pipe symbol "|" for proper detection.
SellerProductId vs SellerArticleId:
SellerProductId is the Parent ID; SellerArticleId refers to variant items.
For single products, both SellerArticleId and SellerProductId must be filled with the same value.

Check the quality of your setup
The Quality step provides feedback highlighting mandatory and optional errors before activation. Solve errors, prioritizing mandatory ones first.
Actions
View items: see products with specific issues.
View in build: go to the Build step to map missing information.
Set categories: go to the Categories step.
Show source: available for ID fields; directs to Settings.

Preview before activating
The Preview step displays attributes mapped in Build and gives an overview of products and potential errors.
Filtering
Filter by error: use the All dropdown to show only products with errors or a specific error.
Filter by category: use the All categories dropdown.
Before you continue:
Review shared attributes: ensure mandatory shared attributes are filled.
Review category-specific attributes: ensure mandatory ones are filled.
Check for errors: correct any red-marked fields.

Additional information / requirements for PcComponentes
GPSR requirements The European Union (EU) has introduced new GPSR and DSA requirements for online platforms, including marketplaces.
To comply with GPSR for PcComponentes:
In the Build step, go to the Shared attributes tab.
Scroll to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) section.
Map the attributes in that section to your product data.
If your product safety information applies to all your products:
Click Manual and paste your product safety information in the provided field.
If your product safety information differs per product:
Add information to it with a rule
Then map the field here (select Project field > [field containing your product safety information]).
Click Save.
Activate your channel
Once your product listings are ready, send them to PcComponentes:
Select Settings in [your PcComponentes channel] and click Activate API.
Click Save.
Click X to return to the Channel overview page.
Click Run now to send your product listings to PcComponentes.
Review and fix listing errors
Go to the Result step and click on the Feedback tab. This page displays processing errors your product data has at a given moment.
Resolving errors
In Description, click the error name to view products with that error.
In ID, click the ID number and scroll to see a red highlighted callout where the error occurred. Hover the callout for more information.
If the error is a mapping error, click View in build to go to the attribute you need to map/re-map (it will be highlighted in blue).

Resolve the error and run the channel again.
Common Errors and Solutions
mirakl_unknown_error_code
This error typically occurs when Mirakl can’t identify a product’s EAN in its database — the product may be new to Mirakl or missing required attributes.
Solution:
Check your categories: in the Categories step, ensure product categories are correctly matched.
Check your mapping: in the Build step, verify mapped fields and correct any incorrect mappings. Use rules to create and populate new fields if necessary.
After checking categories and mappings, click Run now to run your channel again.
