UI update: There is a new channel selection page and overview for Feeds and Marketplaces (previously called APIs). Some visuals and instructions may not be up-to-date.

Rules are essential to customize and optimize product data before exporting to marketplaces like bol and Amazon. This component lets you tailor imported data to meet specific marketplace standards, ensuring your listings are correct and competitive.

Creating and managing rules

  • Apply actions (e.g., exclude items or modify field values).

Common rules and their applications

By using rules and checking the Quality step, you can improve your marketplace setup and ensure it meets marketplace requirements. Commonly used rules include:

Repricer rules

If you use the Repricer tool for bol or Amazon, the Reprice Rules tab offers rule-based options tailored for pricing strategies to help improve marketplace performance.
