Why does this product not have the buy box?
Which product has the buy box is determined by a lot of different factors that are controlled by the marketplace. More information on this can be found via these links: The Amazon Repricer and The Bol.com Repricer.
This means we can’t give you the exact reason why a product doesn’t have the buy box. However, we do provide the contextual information you need to better understand the buy box status of a product.
On the product page of a product included in the repricer you can find the current reprice settings, competitors, and the recent events that happened to that product. Clicking on an event will show you more details about that event, such as the competitors and settings at the time of the event.
Why did the repricer make a price change?
Each price update is determined by a number of factors that are not all within our control. To help you understand why the repricer made a price update, we provide the necessary information to help you understand it better:
- The competitors at the time of the price update
- The reprice settings at the time of the price update
- The reason the repricer made that update
You can find this information when clicking on a price update event on the product page or in the results tab of the API.
Is the repricer making updates?
You can see if the repricer is actively repricing by looking at the latest updates of the repricer. You can find those in the results tab of the API the repricer is activated for.
If there are no events, you might need to activate the repricer first via the API settings.
If this repricer is active, it can take up to a few hours before it starts making price updates. If it’s still not doing any updates after a few hours, there might be something going wrong. Please contact support in that case.
