Checking the status of your products on Cdiscount (Octopia)

Outdated information in Cdiscount?

In your Cdiscount Seller account, under "Products > Catalog Management" you can view how many products are currently active and what their price, stock, shipping costs, etc. are. However, this overview page does not always update straight away. Sometimes it can take a while (a few hours, or even a day) until Octopia shows the latest information in that overview.

Use the download Excel file option

There is an alternative way to view the most up-to-date status of your products on Cdiscount — we advise to always use this method to check:

• Which products are online on Cdiscount

• Under which price, stock, shipping cost, etc. you are offering them

To get this overview:

Generate the file

Click "Generate".

Choose the file type

Choose "Light".

Download

Click "Download" (you may have to refresh the page to be able to download).
