Full list of Marketplaces with an order connection in Channable
The extent to which we support different order functionalities for a marketplace differs. Please see the table below for a full list of all marketplaces with an order connection in Channable. The table also indicates the level of support from each marketplace in terms of:
- Complete: Sending orders to webshop + sending shipped status and Track & Trace code to the marketplace.
- Limited: only send orders from marketplace to webshop, no feedback to the marketplace.
Real-time stock updates
- Yes/ No. This indicates whether or not real-time stock updates are supported for the marketplace. For more explanation on stock updates, see this article.

At this moment, order returns are only supported for the following marketplaces:
Returns (webshop platforms): Returns are also only available for a few webshop platforms. For more information, see this article.
Note II: On July 1st, 2021, Idealo is discontinuing v1 of their API and moving to v2. We currently support the order connection for Idealo through their v1 API. We will not be supporting the order connection for the v2 API and, therefore, the order connection will not be available for Idealo anymore from July 1st, 2021, onwards.
