Miravia and AliExpress fall under the same parent company, which allows for closer integration between the two platforms. We have enabled the functionality for retrieving orders from AliExpress in Miravia's backend. However, catalog integration is not supported at this time and won't be available for the foreseeable future.
AliExpress order Import in Miravia
With this new feature, AliExpress orders created in Miravia's backend will be imported automatically into Channable. This feature is active by default, making it easier for you to manage your orders from a central location.
How to deactivate the AliExpress order connection
If you do not want AliExpress orders imported into Channable, you have the option to disable this functionality. Follow these steps to deactivate:
- Go to Setup.
- Select Orders.
- Click on Options.
- Navigate to Retrieve non Miravia orders.
- Set it to Disabled, and click Save.
Stock synchronization limitations
It is important to understand the limitations regarding stock updates when using Miravia's order connection. Stock synchronization is not possible for products listed on AliExpress. Stock will only synchronize for products in the Miravia catalog, meaning:
- Miravia Products: Stock updates occur normally when an order is placed.
- AliExpress Products: Stock will not automatically update based on your e-commerce store's current inventory when an order is placed and handled via the Miravia order connection.
For AliExpress products (when using this feature), make sure to manage stock levels manually to avoid discrepancies.
