Important: Channable only supports one return warehouse.* If you set up multiple warehouses in your OTTO account, your order connection may fail and orders won’t fully process.

* OTTO recently introduced a feature that allows you to set up multiple return warehousesarrow-up-right.

OTTO order connections have specific setup requirements that set it apart from other marketplaces.

In this article, you’ll learn how to set up an OTTO order connection in Channable.


Before you start

You’ll need:

  • Marketplaces Standard plan in your Channable package

  • The Order Sync add-on enabled

  • An existing OTTO channel set up in your Channable project

Create and configure your OTTO order connection

OTTO requires additional shipping information for their orders.

Start setup

In your Channable project, go to Setup > Orders and click + Setup orders. Then select [your Otto Market channel].

Fill in order connection fields

Fill in the following fields:

  • Name: Add a descriptive name for your order connection (e.g. OTTO DE orders).

  • Shipping from city: Enter the city you’re shipping from.

  • Shipping from country: Enter the country code of the country you’re shipping from.

Finalize setup

  • Shipping from zipcode: Enter your postal code/zipcode where you’re shipping from.

  • Click Save.

Your OTTO order connection is now set up.
