How to invite a new client account
Creating a new connection will automatically send an invitation to your Google client account (or your Google Ads Manager account, which might be needed for Channable Insights).
To start this process, you have to use a connection called Google Ads
.
Navigate in the upper right corner to connections under your account name. Click on "+Add a new connection" and this connections screen will pop up and here you can find the Google
connection.
Click on the Google Ads
connection, enter the correct Google Ads ID and give a name to the connection.
Next, click on "Sign in with Google". You will need to log in to Google and after that you have to give Channable permission by accepting the invite and after that you can add the connection in Channable.

).Common Issues
You might run into some issues when trying to connect Channable with your Google client account. Here are some of the issues you might run into with their solutions.
"The client would be linked more than once in a hierarchy. Unlink the existing manager from the client account or use the existing manager account to manage the client account"
This error is caused when an account is already managed by another managing account. An account can only be linked once within the same manager hierarchy. You can find more information on how to solve this issue on this Google support page.
"The client has already been invited. Accept the pending invitation on your Google client account"
When you see this message, it means we've already sent out an invitation to the Google client account. Check your pending invites and accept the invite sent from Channable.
